Club hire for private functions

The club is available to hire for private functions for members only. Only members can apply for a booking at the club. Membership can be purchased prior to making a booking.  We have two rooms available for hire, the main dance hall and the pub in the club which have facilities for up to 200 people.

Please see the steward at the club to make a booking for your event.
If you are not a member,  you can obtainable  a membership form from the club as well.

The types of events we are ideally suited for, but not limited to, are;
◾Birthday Party’s
◾Kids Parties supervised by parents

Skittle alley
We also have a skittle alley available at no charge for parties and other events.
Please ask the at he bar.

Catering can be arranged at a reasonable price.

We have a garden facility with BBQ available for hire at only £10.00 per day.

Cost of hiring

Dance Hall

Afternoons: £40.00
Friday Evenings: £65.00
All day bookings: £100.00
You will need to provide your own entertainment or make arrangements with the Entertainment Secretary, Colin Williams.
Dividing doors will remain closed unless arranged for them to be open.

Saturday Evenings: £125.00
All day Saturday: £175.00
This will include entertainment on the evening
Dividing doors will be opened at 9:00 pm

Christenings: £40.00

Pub in the Club

Friday Afternoons: £40.00
Friday Evenings: £40.00
Saturday Afternoons: £40.00
Saturday Evenings: £40.00
All day bookings: £60.00

Funerals: No charge to club members.

All the above bookings require a £25.00 deposit to be paid when booking.

The deposit will not be returned due to cancelation or the venue not left in a reasonable condition.


◾All bookings will go before the committee for confirmation.
◾A guest list showing full names MUST be provided 14 days before the event together with the total cost as shown above.
◾No drinks, soft or alcoholic to be brought into the club for consumption on the premises. Wine for toasts etc. may be brought in by arrangement. £1.00 Corkage will be charged.
◾18th and 21st Birthday parties will be at the discretion of the committee.
◾No confetti pieces to be placed on tables.
◾All decorations are to be put up with Blu Tac.
