AGM

The AGM for 2025 is on 12th March at 8:00pm

Any items you wish to be included on the agenda under “Any other business” must be placer in the suggestion box on the foyer wall by Monday 9th March.

Nominations for President, vice President and the managing committee can now be made on the notice board situated on the wall in the foyer.
Nominee names, present committee and new volunteers must be proposed and seconded by 2 club members and must be signed by the nominee named.
Closing date in Thursday 12th March
